Which Products are Included – Meet the Fab Five!
Megamag Calmeze – 200mg of highly absorbable magnesium with Taurine, Glycine, and L Glutamine – all nutrients known for their calming effects. Take 1  scoop mixed daily with water, or we find a little fruit juice with water and 1 scoop of Megamag Calmeze creates the perfect texture.
Women’s Multivitamin – A high strength multivitamin containing 1000iu’s of Vitamin D, 250mg of Vitamin C, high doses of B Vitamins – 29 vitamins and minerals in total. Take 1 per day with a main meal.
Magnesium Tablets – During periods of stress and poor sleep we recommend around 400mg of Magnesium daily. Magnesium is known for its calming affect. These 100mg Magnesium give you the flexibility to add 100 – 200mg per day of Magnesium to the 200mg found in Megamag Calmeze. Take 2 tablets per day.
Adreset – This unique blend of herbal extracts has been designed to build resilience and enhance stamina in individuals who are feeling weak and fatigued due to stress. How Long Should I take the Products for?

The following protocol might work.
