I’m Mark and here is what makes me different

I’ve been working as a health professional since 2006, as a Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

When listening to the challenges of my clients, I quickly realised to achieve true health and wellness, we had to look beyond the boundaries of exercise, and focus on nutrition and lifestyle too. It had to be complete, not just a couple of workouts each week.

The coaching program consists of an initial 90-minute consultation to discuss your goals, history and challenges. We use our 12-week plan with everyone and then make the personalised tweaks you need. 1 x weekly support / review call PER WEEK. 24/7 phone / text support. All workout plans sent to you and reviewed weekly. In a nutshell: full and comprehensive support following a plan that works.

During the 12 weeks we will be in ongoing contact as you need – this can be daily phone calls if needed. Changing habits, establishing new routines and making lifestyle changes can be overwhelming, so I’m on hand to help you every step of the way.

Your decision, but usually we start by discussing your goals and history. Then together we put an exercise and nutrition plan in place that is effective and suits your lifestyle.

Firstly, if you have completed the 14 day challenge you’ll have a good understanding of what the 12 week plan will involve as it starts directly where the 14 day plan finished. However, before we start the full coaching programme, we discuss your needs during the consultation and then we can decide if the full coaching plan might work for you.

Of course, you get the chance to have a preview of the full coaching by completing the 14 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

It depends on your current situation and if there are health issues to address and of course how committed and dedicated you are to the programme. But, our goal is get you losing weight FAST. This starts with the 14 Day Weight Loss Challenge. If we can get you losing 5-6 pounds in that short period then we expect a comparable weight loss amount during the 12 weeks.

No, everything is delivered online. The key component is 24/7 support, we are by your side everyday for the next 12 weeks. You receive your workouts via PT Hub which includes video demonstrations alongside all your workouts.

We honestly believe you’ll achieve more following our programme and using us as constant support, not paying for face to face “traditional” Personal Training sessions. We believe following programmes and making sure everything is in place with your lifestyle and eating plan produces the best results.
