I came across this article written by Sally Fallon of the Weston Price Foundation, admittedly it’s an American article but I have a sneaky feeling our orange juice is probably prepared in a very similar way.
Today I’m talking body building and whilst I had no desire to become a body builder the articles I read many years ago gave me some form of foundation, focus and direction with my training. Agreed the look of a body builder is not to everyone tastes. But if the look is not ‘quite you’ step back and appreciate other aspects of the sport. Two that spring to mind are motivation and dedication, two elements that many of us struggle with and contribute to our failures in the gym. Body builders have a competitive edge, a drive that pushes them forward to succeed and I think too many of us lack the drive to make improvements…being lazy is easy.
