Ultimately if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order with Elixan contact us are orders@elixan.co.uk and we will resolve your issue in the fastest possible time.
Delivery Terms
However, deliveries are subject to our suppliers and Royal Mail who’s standard delivery terms are between 1 and 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- We only deliver to UK registered addresses
- All orders are FREE of Charge
Elixan is not responsible or liable for products not being delivered or lost in transit once we have placed your order with our suppliers and they have confirmed your order has been dispatched. However, if you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact us at orders@elixan.co.uk and we will, of course, investigate your non-delivery.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address on your order, you are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery details are stated when placing your order.
Where possible please check your delivery is received undamaged. If your package is received damaged please report it to Royal Mail, take a photograph of the damaged package, do not open it, report it to us at orders@elixan.co.uk and retain the package. PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package, otherwise your complaint may not be upheld.

For home deliveries, if no one is available at the address to take delivery, the courier/Royal Mail will leave you a note that the products have been returned to either our couriers or our premises, in which case, please contact the courier or us (as appropriate) to rearrange delivery.
If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
We will try to deliver all of the products in one order together unless you have requested otherwise, but we reserve the right to deliver your order in installments, for example, if there is a delay on a particular product. If you request us to deliver in installments, then we may charge you extra delivery costs at our discretion.
All risks in the products that you order (including the risk of loss or damage to the products) shall pass to you on completion of delivery. You own the products once we have received payment in full for them, including all applicable delivery charges.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the delivery address that you specified.
Returns Policy:

Nutri offer a 365-Day FREE Returns Guarantee which we endeavour to commit too. This means if you’re less than 100% happy with your purchase then simply return the empty container within 365 days and you will receive a full refund.
No Hassle – No Argument – No Quibbles!
Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If your Nutri Advanced product disappoints in any way then simply send back the remainder – or even just the empty container – within 365 days of purchase. We will refund the amount you paid for the product within receiving the return up to the value of £250 per annum.
How to Return a Product:
To return a product contact us by email (orders@elixan.co.uk) and we will send you a returns form. Once completed please email it back to us.
Terms and Conditions of the 365-Day Free Returns policy:
If you are not satisfied with a product and you wish to return it after any right to cancel has expired, then you can return the product within 365 days of the date you purchased it. We will refund the price paid for the product in full, but not the delivery charges.
We will not refund any postage costs paid on the original order. Please note that we are unable to refund you for products that have very specific storage requirements (set out on the product label or instructions) to maintain their quality and shelf-life and that are regarded as perishable goods, or if a product’s expiry date has passed.
The 365-Day Free Returns policy is applicable to orders up to a value of £250 per annum.
None of the terms of our 365 Day policy will affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Any refunds to you will be made either to the Pay Pal or payment you used for placing and paying for your order. We aim to refund you within 7 working days.
Only orders placed whilst our 365 Returns policy was in place can be returned under this policy (applicable from 01/06/2017).
If the Products are Faulty or not as Described:
Faults with Nutri products are rare. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights.

Return Procedure:
We will provide you with a return address and label. It is your responsibility to despatch the parcel from a Royal Mail Post Office.
